The Boosting Immunization Lab highlighted the importance of prioritizing community-wide vaccination in public health systems. With recently reported outbreaks of infectious diseases globally, doctors and healthcare experts discussed the social, economic, and health risks and effects that people will be exposed to when vaccination is not prioritized. Achieving local immunization requires a collaborative effort from individuals, governments, and communities in order to build healthier, liveable cities.
