The Liveable Cities Philippines and the League of Cities of the Philippines, in partnership with Globe Telecom, are pleased to present the Liveable Cities LocalLabs. LocalLabs will also be a platform for sharing good practices, innovation, appropriate technology, and for urban planning and LGU management. The key difference is that LocalLabs will focus on a specific Province and its Cities.
 
The first Liveable Cities Lab for this year will focus on Batangas Province. Batangas Governor Hermilando Mandanas will deliver the Keynote Message which will serve as the overarching presentation or summary of the plans and accomplishments for the whole Batangas Province. After the presentation, he will be joined by mayors from the cities of Batangas to discuss this vision in more detail, particularly about their city’s strengths and contributions to this vision.  The event will also be graced by Mr Jaime Augusto Zobel De Ayala to deliver the opening remarks.
