Alan Tan is the SIMULIA Geo Leader for the AP South – ASEAN+ ANZ, responsible for the Sales and Technical Management of the SIMULIA Team. He is also the technical lead for Fatigue in Asia Pacific based in Japan. Prior to his work in Dassault Systemes, Mr. Tan worked in a Japanese consulting company responsible for structural and geotechnical analysis and served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher for Tokyo Institute of Technology under the Center of Urban Earthquake Engineering.

Chris Rollo

Country Program Manager, UN Habitat Philippines

Christopher Rollo has been a Country Programme Manager of United Nations Human Settlements Programme for 13 years in the Philippines. With a Masters in Business Management focused on Financial Management from the Asian Institute of Management, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University , and extensive experience in international development and humanitarian work, Mr. Rollo has demonstrable proficiency in sustainable urban development, capacity building, project planning, and program management.

Madelaine Yorobe Alfelor

Mayor, Iriga City

Madelaine Yorobe Alfelor is the first Lady Mayor of Iriga City from 2004-2013. With 15 years of government service for the Philippines, Mayor Alfelor is the Region V representative to the League of Cities of the Philippines and is a member of international organizations such as CityNet, United Cities and Local Government Asia Pacific, US Air, and Tokyo University.

Tecson John Lim

Director, Office of Civil Defense

Tecson John Lim was appointed by the President as Director of Rehabilitation and Recovery Management Service of the Office of Civil Defense in 2016. As an environmental advocate of climate change and disaster risk management, Mr. Lim helped set up the Haiyan Disaster Governance Initiative in Tacloban after the city was struck by one of the strongest typhoons in the Philippines, Typhoon Yolanda.

Executive Director, Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation

Veronica Gabaldon is the Executive Director of the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation, leading the strategic direction, program and administration of the organization towards the company's vision – to build resilient businesses and communities in the Philippines. Prior to her appointment as Executive Director in PDRF, she acted as the Senior Program Manager and spearheaded the Recovery Program and Telecommunications cluster.
