Mr. Estrada is responsible for intrusive and emerging technology adoption along with testing, validating and integrating new services and technologies into Globe's network. He is a duly licensed Professional Electronics Engineer and an ASEAN Registered Engineer in the Field of Telecommunications.

John Paul Miranda

CEO, Information Technology Business Solutions Corporation

John Paul Miranda is the President and CEO of Information Technology Business Solutions Corporation. He was also a Systems Integrator Specialist Consultant of Total Information Management Corporation. Just recently, he was recognized as the Chief Architect in the Smart Policing Program of the Philippine National Police Innovation Laboratory (PNP Innolab).

EJ Arboleda

Chief Executive Officer, Taxumo

EJ is the CEO of Taxumo, a web application that makes tax compliance easy and painless for small business owners and professionals. Taxumo is an award-winning GovTech startup that has been instrumental in the adoption of new technology by the BIR and was the first startup to be part of the Board of Investments Investment Priority Plan. EJ was formerly the Chief Technology Officer of Wunderman Manila - a digital advertising agency under the WPP group - and was a Service Manager for HP and P&G. EJ rushes home everyday to spend quality time with his wife, Ginger, and his 6 year old daughter, Zeeka.

Mamerto Tangonan

Chief of Party, E-PESO Project, USAID

Mamerto Tangonan is currently the Chief of Party of USAID Philippines' E-Peso Activity which supported the development of the National Retail Payments System being implemented by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas. As a digital financial services expert holding 20 years of experience, Mr. Tangonan led projects that helped advance digital payments and financial inclusion across Southeast Asia and East Africa.

Ryan Evangelista currently serves as Southeast Asia Regional Coordinator of Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) where he oversees several programs around Asia in areas such as democratic governance participation in the country, regional cooperation among economic think tanks, and strengthening business association and civil society organizations in Myanmar and Cambodia. He He is currently a business enabling environment and investment promotion consultant of USAID's SURGE Project.
