His key experiences include leading large production facilities, project management, maintenance engineering, and contract management.

Ramon Alikpala is currently CEO of FutureWater Asia, a consulting firm advising private businesses in the water sector. He serves as a Senior Water and Sanitation Adviser to the USAID/SURGE Project. Mr. Alikpala became an Executive Director of the Philippine Natural Water Resources Board and an international steering committee member of the Global Water Partnership in Sweden.

He is a duly licensed Professional Electronics Engineer and an ASEAN Registered Engineer in the Field of Telecommunications.

Julia Nebrija is an urban planner who is passionate about making liveable and lovable cities. Ms. Nebrija is currently the Chief Operating Officer of the Philippine Japan Initiative for Clark, Inc. Prior to her current position, she also worked as the Assistant General Manager of Operations for the Metropolitan Manila Development Agency and a Program Manager for the “Green, Green, Green” Project and Pasig River Ferry Programs in the Office of the Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management.
